The Professional Simulation Football League started on June 2019, entering its Inaugural Season.

Before it was called the Professional Simulation Football League, it was known as the Summer Heroes Football League. The league had 4 current teams entering the season. The SHFL chose Madden NFL 07 (Wii) to start the first season. The 4 teams are:

Alabama Knights
Arizona Stingers
San Antonio Miners
Tampa Bay Top Guns
