Week 8 Wrap up

After a fun and an important week, let's see the scores.

Spiders 10 - Knights 15

(Bobby Anthony's birthday, one special for the league. He had a great birthday. But that's not all. We wanted to host a game between the Knights and the Spiders. It was a fun game for him to watch.

Anyways, the Spiders took an L. The Knights have once again prevailed over Columbus)

Wolves 13 - Bandits 20

(The Bandits have won and done it against the now 1-7 Wolves, proving they still have the Defiant Cup spirit in them)

Pirates 20 - Bulls 7

(The Pirates have had enough of losing, so they gave it their all, winning 20-7 against Milwaukee)

Savages 16 - Rattlers 19

(The Rattlers are celebrating in their locker room, with the owner after a win against SLC)

Scorpions 20 - Miners 17

(The Scorpions have almost let San Antonio come back by that field goal to tie it. But luckily for them, it flew left and saved the Scorpions from going into OT. They win by 3)

Stingers 7 - Sharks 17

(Looks like the Sharks' alternative uniforms had given them luck. Those jerseys are like lucky charms. They got that luck to beat Arizona)

Cobras 45 - Sabercats 24

(This has to be one of the biggest matchups and the biggest meetings and the biggest rivalry ever seen.

Austin and Las Vegas played one heck of a game out there. But Austin today showed them everyone they were the better team. They shut out Las Vegas 45-24)

Top Guns 21 - Rays 26

(Portland wanted to give Tampa Bay a Christmas gift. And it's not very nice of a Christmas gift. The Top Guns Christmas gift was worse than coal. A loss. Yup, Portland won and gave Tampa Bay what they deserved. The score is 26-21)

Week 9. It all comes down to this. Will Austin and Michigan win another one to keep the streak going? We'll see next time. See ya around!
