Yesterday was a wild one. Good teams had a bit of a hard time, and they all went down. Well, let's see if these scores will make at least a good team's player happy.
Savages 14 - Miners 6
(Savages have beaten them once, they did it again this season.)
Knights 10 - Cobras 7
(Looks like the Cobras are letting the losing team win. And that team is Alabama. The Knights have not backed down from the fight and their trusty defense helped them win.)
Top Guns 21 - Bandits 24
(San Diego may be at the bottom of the rankings, but this could spell good news for them. As for the Top Guns, they again blew it against a team with a not-so-good record.)
Pirates 16 - Wolves 3
(Finally! The Pirates have got their first win against the now 1-5 Chicago Wolves. They knew what exactly they needed to do. Practice, and they did it. And that's what led them to this win.)
Stingers 0 - Bulls 3
(A low-scoring game, but who cares? It's all about having fun in the PSFL, not seeing who's better. The league isn't that realistic. Anyways, The Bulls did win against Arizona, but not the way you expected. They only made a FG attempt and nothing else.)
Spiders 19 - Sharks 14
(If you've remembered the Spiders away game win last season, last year 23-9, then this one was different. The Spiders have once again beaten the Sharks. The Sharks defense is better than last year, but they didn't stop Columbus from winning. So, Michigan still couldn't beat them. They did good, though.)
Sabercats 13 - Rattlers 16
(Clive Hanson may want to raise a glass to toast to all who have supported LA, even with a now 1-4-1 record. That's right, folks. LA has beaten their arch-rivals in a bloodbath game. This also means great news for LA, they got their first W! Way to go, LA!)
Scorpions 14 - Rays 17
(Well, isn't this a surprise. The Scorpions have lost only by a Field Goal. They did let Portland get 2 TDs, but they did their best to win. Overall, though, Portland prevails, by a score of a 3-point win)
Week 7 will be this week on the 20th of July. Well. we'll see if any more of these not-so-good teams can turn their season around from bad to good and we will see them in Minnesota, if they have a better record.
See you then!
